But today I am discussing mirror or pressed metal??

I’ve done both – pressed metal in the last house we built (I painted mine white) and a mirror one in my “The Block” house.

This year on The Block there has been both. Dale and Sophie did pressed metal and the brothers did the mirror…

Which one do you like?

I’m definitely doing mirror in my new house. Love, love, love! 🙂

Hello! I’m doing a Hampton’s style kitchen in a modern house. Can’t decide whether to do pressed metal- but our builder said the joins are really obvious with this technique? Love white subway tiles but am worried they are too hard to keep clean, and glass may not go in this style? Help please!!

HI Maddie, I had pressed metal in my last house and it was great. I loved it! Yes it had a join, but done properly with no more gaps you shouldn’t be able to see an obvious join. X
