I have the best giveaway for you today! Here is the most divine necklace from Uberkate. You could win this for your Mum or yourself as a Mother’s Day treat. Valued at $695.
Created specially to celebrate Mother’s Day, the “UBERheart” is the perfect way to spoil your mum.
The UBERheart has been designed and handcrafted by Uberkate owner and designer Kate Sutton.
“I love the symobolism that a heart represents and I wanted to create a piece that encompassed the heart shape but was not your typical heart jewellery.
The piece comprises of three pieces that link together to form a heart. They can be worn separately or together to create different looks.
“I’m so excited by this design, it is truly beautiful, yet versatile. And I really feel any mum would be thrilled to wear this piece especially if it has been embossed with her families’ names.”
The UBERheart is available in silver and gold combinations. “I’ve designed the pieces so they will appeal to those who like wearing gold, silver or even both,” added Sutton.
All you have to do is leave a comment here on this post about why you’d like to win! So easy!
The competition closes in 2 weeks (Thursday 26 April). If you don’t leave your email address for me in the comments section and I can’t contact you, I will have to re-draw a winner.
Good luck!

I was in hospital last year for 3 months on life support and my mum was an incredible support network for me and took my two daughters (4 & 2) in and looked after them, worked full time and visited me in a Sydney hospital as much as she could even though we live on the Central Coast. I would love to give this to my mum with my daughters names on it as a thank you for everything she done for me.

My Mum is the most unselfish person I know. My Husband works away in WA and my Mum always drops everything if I need her. She’s always putting others first. She’s helping look after her father in law (my Grandad who’s 96) as my Dad still works fulltime at 70 so can’t really help.

I would love to win this for my Mum. She lost her Mum, my Gandmother, earlier this year and is really struggling. I live in another State to my Mum so can’t be with her and give her big hugs. With this gorgeous necklace around her neck she’d know we are thinking of her always and that her Mum is looking down from Heaven and watching over her. xx

I would love to be able to spoil my mum, she is a dead set legend and does everything for her children, it’s not until now that I’ve started my own family do I fully appreciate what she has done for me throughout my life, and she still continues to do so much for me, she is my rock, my best friend and support network.
I had a very traumatic labour with every issue under the sun and she stayed with me every minute until my son was finally delivered two and a half days later, even now 10 months later she visits us every day to see how we are, bring us gifts and home grown produce, I can’t put into words how much she helped me to recover even helping me to shower when I was too weak to get up after the surgery!
Quite simply she is an amazing woman who I love very dearly, appreciate and treasure every day 🙂

I watched my mum today, climbing up in an indoor playcentre after my 3 year old and was SO thankful for her, the kids got to play, i didn’t have to squeeze my pregnant butt up into the slides and I got time to sit and watch them laugh together. I am so blessed to have her, and would love to give something like this back.

I would love to win this for my dear friend Fiona…she devastatingly lost her 2 yo daughter last year 🙁 Fiona is a pillar of strength and is always there for everyone around her, she is simply amazing. Fiona has two boys as well, and the youngest of her beautiful boys is autistic. I would love to put a smile on Fiona’s face with this beautiful piece of jewellery.

I’ve just found out I’m expecting my 3rd child after a 10 year gap (surprise) so I would selfishly love this gorgeous Uberkate necklace just for me as a mothers day treat to myself so i can constantly remind myself over the coming months of sleepiness nights whilst dealing with a teenager starting school, a 10yr old & a newborn that it’s all worth it !!

This is gorgeous!!! I have never, and I say that with complete honesty, never entered a competition, that I had hoped to win so badly!!! I have two boys, 3 and 6, and I would absolutely love to own this, as a beautiful token of our love as a family. I know this may be selfish to want to keep it for myself, but I do. Such a lovely piece of jewellery, so stylish. I love it!!!!!

G’day I’m Zac, the reason I would like to win this is for my Mother. The reason I want to for my Mum Is because she is the most beautiful loving person I know. You may think I am being basis but I know my Mum is always willing to help someone if she can and has raised me to the same. MY Mum is awesome and my Inspiration in life, I believe she is very deserving of this necklace thank you for the opportunity to win this for my amazing Mother.

What a beautiful necklace!!! My gorgeous mum is truly my inspiration, in the most non corny genuine real way. She is currently on leave from work nursing my younger sister through anorexia, a battle she has undertaken for the last 3.5 years and one that my mum has constantly sacrificed herself for in order to manage everything that my sister needs. Later this year she will get leave from that role, only so that she can support me interstate having baby number 3 and then she will go to another state to support my other sister having baby number 2, she then goes to yet another state of Australia to see my youngest sister (there are 4 of us) dance in the National Irish dancing championships, finally she’ll return to her originating state (a different one from the prior 3) where she will continue caring from the anorexic one. She never complains, she just gets on with it. She deserves to be spoilt.

My Mum has been to hell and back more times than is fair for anyone in a lifetime. My brother was killed by a drunk driver when he was only 21 years old leaving a young wife and baby. My father was found dead at the wheel of his truck. Her father died from a massive coronary at the dinner table suddenly one night. Her mother came to visit her for a holiday and took ill she passed away a few weeks later. Her step daughter committed suicide, then she was diagnosed with a stage 3 breast cancer in her left breast and told she would most likely die. She fought like a trouper and beat it, only to be diagnosed again exactly 2 years later with another primary breast cancer in her right breast. Once again she fought and won. A woman who was not expected to reach 60 is having her 70th birthday this year. She is one gutsy woman and the matriarch of our entire family. She has a heart that has seen so much pain – It’s time for it to see some joy.
