Here’s a goodie floor plan for you today. Pretty standard for a residential block of land. 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, a powder room, and a good layout with the master on the back. But there is a mud room! And I like the retreat area with study for the kids. The courtyard could be turned in to a bedroom, or even a bigger rumpus area.
This is actually a good plan. Not too big and a good use of space.
