Hello! Thanks for dropping by today. Here is a nice and simple rural style home that would suit a lot of families who are lucky enough to own a bit of space. It’s not full of extras and fancy inclusions, but rather it’s a practical plan with good use of space.
This plan has a timeless farmhouse appeal, featuring a generous verandah with brickwork accented by a central focal point of weatherboard cladding. Quite easily positioned on a corner block or large open site, this is very much a traditional farmhouse design that is unpretentious and welcoming in appearance.
I really like that free-form living through the middle of the home. The ceiling height could be a real feature in here. The plan would also suit a corner block with the garage access on the side. If I could squeeze a big pantry in this home I would!
I found the plan here so you can check out some exterior shots too.
What do you think of this plan?

Just need to get a rumpus room/activity space near the kids rooms and this is almost perfect ? Oh and a walk-in pantry ?

Very lovely, one thing if this is a farm house with 3 kids bedrooms, I could see a mud room. Always nice to have a place at the garage entrance to put all the shoes coats, etc. instead of having it tracked all through the house.
