Hi there! Thanks for visiting me today… I found this floor plan via Pinterest, but then tracked it down to a display home which sold a few years ago. I quite like the plan. It’s a great 4 bedroom family home with a study, activity room, scullery and an awesome alfresco area.
The laundry might not suit everyone, but for me, I love it! Perfect spot tucked out of the way. The scullery is different, but I like it.
The alfresco with the bi-folds to the kitchen area is very cool.

Very nice. The only thing I don’t like is the small robes in the bedrooms. I think I would take out the activity room and make this WIR’s for those two bedrooms. I’d put the linen cupboard on the wall in to the hallway there and the existing linen cupboard become another sink/powder room. Otherwise I really like it
