What about this acreage style floor plan? It’s a great family home and is open plan with all the bedrooms situated together. I’d be inclined to swap the master bedroom and rumpus because I have older teenagers.

I love the scope for big raked ceilings in the kitchen/dining/lounge. The WIP is on the front of the house but if you head to the original source of this plan you’ll see they put a stacked stone on the front as a feature. I’d add a window and shutters so you couldn’t tell what it was from the front, but still have the appeal of lots of windows across the front.

I always need a triple garage at my house. You could add some storage in there.

The entertaining area is big and I could see a pool out near the rumpus.

Go HERE to see the home in full.

What do you think about this one?

I have so many other floor plans over here you might like to look through.
