Floor Plan Friday: Resort style with raked ceilings

Here’s a plan with the master on the back again with quite a popular layout for the WIR and ensuite (except it’s very open). Of course you could always close that off, but what do you think?

The front bedrooms are nice – you could put little window seats here.

If the toilet isn’t in the right spot for you, then move that back over the the bathroom and create more storage in that area (or a bigger pantry).

I can imagine a raked ceiling in the family/kitchen area. Maybe even a sunken family room? That would be stunning.

The huge outdoor patio area could feature a pool on the back and this would be a great family entertainer.

I found the plan here. You can see the facade over there too.

What do you think about this plan today??

You must check out all of my other favourite floor plans (there’s so many!).

Interesting that on the facade photo that there is outdoor living on the blind side of the house according to the plan.
I wonder if there is a design where it’s flipped somehow through the back behind the garage.
