Today for my Floor Plan Friday post I have this one which features a modern kitchen, large scullery, drop zone and heaps more.

It’s a 4 bedroom home with the Master bedroom on the back. Some people love that layout! I don’t mind this plan. It’s got good formation at the font – keeping the study and theatre away from the bedrooms.

The laundry is in the perfect spot, with the drop zone included. Like that idea!

You could make that alfresco bigger, or sneak a pool next to it. There would be lots of potential ideas out there.

What do you think about this floor plan?

I found it here, plus you must check out all of my other favourite floor plans (you’ll love them I promise!).

I think I’d rather have more proper bench space and less scullery although where the main sink is positioned isn’t bad.

I actually quite like this plan…it ticks a lot of boxes for me…Dedicated Drop Zone, Separate WC in Ensuite, Butler’s pantry etc….Only thing I would adjust is I’d swap the Bathroom WC and Activity(kids lounge room essentially) room around- so guests don’t have to walk past the kids mess to use the bathroom!
