Today here’s a plan without the master bedroom on the front (a lot of you ask me for those!). In place are the other bedrooms and a study. I like the overall layout of this one. I especially like homes with a wide front facade.
The bathroom window won’t be everyone’s favourite though! However, if placed up high with a garden bed underneath it would work very well.
The aspect of the home (with north on the back) would be excellent. The morning sun would be lovely (also during the day).
Where would you put an alfresco? Off the family/lounge? You could put a courtyard outside the breakfast bench area which also be a perfect morning space.
