I really like the steps down to the kitchen, family, dining area and “screen room”. I also think the outdoor areas are integrated in to the home perfectly.
You’d need a wide block to allow the driveway access down the side of the house. The plan would suit a large corner block quite well.
I have a stack of plans over here if you want to scroll through more, plus here is where I found the above plan.

I love it! The only thing is … and this is being really picky … it seems a bit of a waste having the WIR enjoying the pool view (although presumably with a back wall so it wouldn’t actually see the pool) … how about a nice sitting area (within the bedroom) getting that view instead)? In doing so, you could make the wardrobe one of those ‘hidden behind the bed with a wall’ types. It would make the room a wee bit smaller, but still … Or, you could move the ensuite over a bit into the corner, and slot the WIR in between the master bedroom and ensuite.

I like this one. It is not perfect, but I do like it. And I love Floor Plan Friday!

I really like this one as well.
I guess my only complaint would be that I prefer a garage to be joined to the house with internal access. Oh and if I was being really greedy, a 5th bedroom would be great since I have my inlays stay with us quite frequently. Otherwise I could really see our family slotting nicely in here.

The bad part of conjoined garages, especially pocket garages; ( one which are beneath rooms) is that they typically are the primary storage place of toxic chemicals like automotive additives and other harmful items that aren’t completely isolated from the living space. Breeze ways help with that though.

I am in love with this floor plan! Do you have the name of the plan? I went to the builder website and am having a hard time finding it.
Katrina
They have updated their website and I can’t find it either so they may have retired the plan. 🙂

Ditto what Tammy just asked. Your link to the place you found this plan is dead

It may have also been a custom client plan so it’s on their updated website anymore. Could always email them to ask.
