Hi there! Today for Floor Plan Friday I have this 4 bedroom family home which is lovely open plan, but the laundry is featured in a different position… Last week, everyone seemed divided on the laundry position over on my Facebook chat group! This plan above has the laundry in a completely different spot than we would normally see it (mostly it’s near the bedrooms/bathroom or off the kitchen).
What do you think about this plan? What about that tv corner and breakout room??
