I like the flow of this one with all bedrooms on one “wing” and the living on the other with the seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. I’d probably delete that study off the back of the home or even look at making that a rumpus so the kids have their own space right away from the master bedroom.
What do you think about the laundry/WIP/garage area? I’d love that.
If the pool area faced north you’d have such lovely sun through the home during the day and the west would be on the front of the home. The retreat outside the master wouldn’t get a great deal of sun, but I imagine it to be a private area with plants (there’s spa drawn on this plan I think!).
I’d make sure there were huge ceilings in the living area to really open it all up. I’m liking this plan the more I look at it. This is definitely a home where the landscaping is just as important as the inside of the home.

I love the floor plan. I would also delete the study. Love the idea of looking out into the courtyards/gardens. What are the small walls for in the master bedroom?
