I don’t mind a house with a gallery walk-through area. It separates the house. Master and living on the back, kids on the front. I have older kids, so this would suit perfectly! I wouldn’t have to hear them up late watching their things.
The layout is extremely neat, as in there is no wasted space, the furniture fits well and there is good storage. Often I look at plans and think oh I couldn’t stand the tv position, or that dining is so small, but this one is pretty good. I like the laundry layout too.
