Essentially I like the layout and love how it flows around outdoor living.
A few things I don’t like are:
You don’t appear to be able to access the pantry directly from the kitchen, the doorway is around a corner.
The scale of the master bedroom seems small in comparison to the size of the walk in robe and study nook and I think I would want doors from the master bedroom leading to the alfresco area as well, which would create more space if you did away with the outdoor powder room and store, maybe they could be tacked on to the end of the laundry!
In saying that it’s a great floor plan, one of the best!

I’m with Rachael; the pantry should be a Butlers pantry, accessible from the kitchen – easy enough to alter.
I really like the layout of the bedrooms, especially having a ‘wing’ for the guests.
