It would be interesting to see this in a display home and how it’s been styled. There are a couple of nooks in the dining and kitchen I am not sure about. Plus is that a cut-out from the activity to the living area?
I’d definitely put a raked ceiling through the kitchen/living/dining. That would be stunning with the big bi-fold doors out to the alfresco.
I also hate an ensuite bigger than the main bathroom, so that would need some changes. I’d like the main bathroom to be much bigger.
What do you think about this one?

Ever wondered why it’s called a mud room? Because when you come inside with mud on you its the first room you enter to strip off your muddy boots, wet coats etc. If you have to walk through the laundry or garage or entry to get there, it’s not a mud room, it’s a storage room. A mud rooms whole purpose is to have an entrance from OUTSIDE where the mud is. I live on a farm, and believe me I know what mud is.

I agree…basically your laundry room becomes the mud room because thats where it will be…and all the coats, hats, boots etc. will be strewn all around the laundry room floor and appliances.
