Hi! Here’s another floor plan for you. This one is pretty good. It has a lot of purposes or could be turned in to something to suit a large family, or a dual family, or for someone who works from home.

You could use the Music Room for many uses, especially if you worked from home. I know there is a Study, but it could be an additional sitting room, a show room, or even a beauty room. Your clients could come in the front door and never have to walk through your home.

The guest bedroom has an additional bathroom (good if you have a large family), or take it out an use it as larger storage for your laundry.

I’m in love with the scullery/butler’s pantry. That looks amazing! The entire kitchen layout is pretty good.

What do you think? Would it work for you?

I found the plan here. Plus there are more floor plan’s on my blog here.

I love this floor plan! The only change I would make is close the laundry door from the hall & make it accessible from the butler pantry. My dream is to be able to put a load of washing on whilst still working in the kitchen. Mine are at opposite ends of the house. Keep the floor plans coming! I love to dream……..

This is a lovely plan! It’s a pretty substantial house. The thing I like most is the generous amount of storage and joinery. Can never have too much!

I would turn that study into a massive walk in wardrobe.

A butlers pantry is KING! All the stuff out of the way, add a full time housekeeper and I’m set…x
