I like this one because it would be a light and airy home where you can really integrate the indoor/outdoor area.
The 3 kids’ rooms all have a desk area and I’d be in heaven with the ensuite!

I like that Stacey Gardner. Be great with northerly apect to lining areas to help with passive hearing and light. Even better with cent slab for solid mass . Wonder how much this could be built for?
