Metricon do great floor plans for those who have a suburban size block. I don’t mind their plans at all… Great use of space if you have a narrow block. I really liked this one because it has some clever master bedroom features, a cute verandah off the study and some great inbuilt storage (plus I am always a fan of the laundry on the back of the garage!).

The downfall, is there is only 1 living room. But this is compensated by an outdoor room. If you scroll through some of their gallery photos you can see how this outdoor room can be transformed in to a fabulous use of space.

    Loving the huge WIR in the master. Hating having to share my WIR with hubby in our new home (used to having one each, spoiled). Big or separate going on the list for dream newbuild. 🙂

    I think the study could be a good parents retreat too, 4 br, one living, wont work for most families… 🙂
