Hi there! So here is a really really good plan this week. The bedrooms are big, the master is perfect. It features an office plus a home theatre (relax room). The back part of the house is stunning with the integrated entertaining space. Lots of glass lets in the natural light with huge bifold sliding doors on to the alfresco. The kitchen, scullery and laundry is very cool! The added outdoor BBQ area would be a yes from me.
Utilising open space and vast expanses of glass the living areas are seemingly never ending.

Looks cool, except the master retreat needs to be further away from the relax room where kids/ teenagers may hang out.

I really like this.
And yay for a clear island.

I like it, except I think it needs another toilet close to the living area. Especially if you were putting in a pool.

Not a fan of the two internal rooms. Noise transference from tv room & who wants an office without a window. The wardrobes aren’t large enough.
Kate
I like this one! 🙂

Cool but….The alley to the entertaining area is too long and narrow. Needs a powder room closer to entertaining area. Laundry is too far from closets. Closets are too small. Office needs window

I would combine the office and guest room for a very large craft/gift wrap room, with a large counter height island and built in desk, cupboards, shelves. The powder room needs to be closer to great room area, otherwise I like it.
