4 bedroom open plan

I found this plan today when searching around on Pinterest. I looked everywhere for a better copy, but if you squint your eyes you can see it better ha! I really like this one. Huge ceilings, open plan, and a massive sliding door on the back would open to a fantastic deck area (views would be a bonus!). The Mud Room and Pantry off the Garage and in to the Kitchen is a good idea.

I am in love the bench seat dining idea (there’s also a proper dining area), but this seating on the window (think morning sun!) would be awesome.

The Guest/Office could even be an Activity room or anything you make it. I’d probably use the shower area as storage seeing as a powder room is already nearby.

2 bedrooms share a bathroom, the 3rd has its own. I am seeing a lot of plans like this lately – the master bathroom is only available to the bedrooms and guests use a powder room. If you have someone sleep over then they would use the bathroom off the bedroom, but it’s not in the main area of the house anymore. Interesting!

The Master is good on the back of the house don’t you think?

I found the plan here (you can see the raised ceiling and windows in a sketch), or check out all of my other favourite floor plans over here. Be warned there are pages of them ha!

I have styling services too if you need a hand sorting through your own house build.

Happy Friday ♥ KC.

I’ve seen a very similar plan to this, it looked great. The master bedroom & family room were swaped over so the kids had a games / lounge room away from everyone else & the parents had a private retreat. The kitchen was behind the dining with an island bench & views of the court yard leaving a perfect bar / formal loung area where the kitchen is currently. Love this but i don’t need 4.5 bathrooms.
