What do you think about this one??

Here is where I found the home, or you might like to see all of my other favourite plans here too.

Love the kitchen, but don’t like a bedroom in the middle of the house.

Would prefer bedroom 5 to have access to the bathroom from
It so it could be a guest room.

Lack of storage in the bedrooms, shocker main bathroom, wasted laundry space – needs some serious tweaking.

I would use 5th bedroom as the study

If kitchen/dining is oriented to the north/east as it should be, the master bed is facing west. Not ideal. Garage has no natural light except if door has clear sections. Extra bedroom squeezed in, no advantage. Main bathroom too small, kitchen too small, no obvious place for wall oven/microwave.

Also, new homes should have double front doors, easier access for furniture. Doors to master bed must be kept closed for privacy, ensuite poorly designed for access. Outdoor roofed area too small for number of family members. Laundry too small for household, if small clothesline is in side courtyard, lovely view from master bed, not. Too much hall space, and view from front door is of a wall at end. That’ll do for a start. Cheers
