Hello! It’s time for another floor plan… today I have this 4 bedroom home which I thought you’d like.
The front elevation looks good and would suit a wide block where the garage is out of the way. I like how the entry flows straight through to the back of the house. I also like how all the kids’ bedrooms would be down one end with their own living area.
I also liked the glass link from the garage to the rest of the house – that could be a nice feature rather than just stepping straight in to the house. Plus the verandah all the way around is lovely.
I also noticed the study’s position – that’s pretty good don’t you think? It’s concealed but not completely. This is good for a family home. It would suit me because I could be working there and still keep an eye on the kids.
