Hi! I found this floor plan whilst travelling around the internet. I liked it because it felt a little different. It’s 4 bedroom, with family, living and a scullery. All the living is through the middle with entertaining either side. All the bedrooms are together on the back of the house. I’m not so sure about the laundry, but what do you think??

I love it because you can enjoy the northern sun in winter on one side of the alfresco and then in summer you can go onto the south side alfresco. You would also get the cool breezes from the south in summer to cool the house down. I would love this plan but think my builder would charge a lot for it. Thanks for posting this!!!

I quite like the laundry as I actually thought it was a mudroom! So perhaps it could become a mudroom with a proper laundry somewhere else in the house near the bedrooms.
