I like the position of the bedrooms and the studio off to the side. You could probably make this a rumpus or another living if you needed more space. The house isn’t very big so even the office could be swapped for the studio and a bigger living area could be put in there.

I like the kitchen on the back and the big corner outdoor living space.

What do you think about the laundry position?

I’d love to know what YOU think about this one?

I found the plan here, or check out all of my other Friday Floor Plans.

I would squeeze the laundry in between the garage and the bedroom! It’s a mirror image of my house, less a couple of room!!

Swap garage and studio then you can use it like a mud room too???

Laundry needs to go where the top bedroom is behind the kitchen, with direct access outside, and studio becomes a bedroom.

This works on so many levels for my sister who is currently trying to get a new house and move her salon in. I’m going to show her tonight. Oh and the laundry here for her works superbly!!
