I like the position of the bedrooms and the studio off to the side. You could probably make this a rumpus or another living if you needed more space. The house isn’t very big so even the office could be swapped for the studio and a bigger living area could be put in there.
I like the kitchen on the back and the big corner outdoor living space.

Laundry needs to go where the top bedroom is behind the kitchen, with direct access outside, and studio becomes a bedroom.
