The plan also includes high ceilings throughout, an impressive alfresco, a luxurious master suite, great storage, a guest suite and deluxe home theatre. I really like the scullery/laundry layout plus the separation of the master from the kids wing. The kids lounge would be perfect for my boys too.

Love it! I would tweak it by moving the WIR from the guest bedroom up, reducing the length of the hallway to the master, and use the space currently set for the WIR for a full size side by side fridge and freezer combo unit. I have that in my existing kitchen and love it so much I hope to never have a place without that again.

Loved the design and other floor plans by Gemmill Homes . Wish they built in NSW, very different and innovative designs compared to our NSW project home builders.
