Floor Plan Friday: 3 living spaces with study nook

Thanks for popping in today. Here's a floor plan I found which would work for many families. It would tick all the boxes, and fit on a regular size block of land. 4 bedrooms, theatre, rumpus and study nook with an excellent outdoor alfresco area. Here’s a floor plan I found which would work for many families. It would tick all the boxes, and fit on a regular size block of land.

4 bedrooms, theatre, rumpus and study nook with an excellent outdoor alfresco area.

I’m not sure what everyone thinks about the laundry position??

The only thing I wouldn’t like is the main toilet and the sink in another area. I’d either re-configure the bathroom, or put a small wash basin in the toilet.

Depending on the block orientation, there may not be a lot of light in the kitchen/dining area, so some skylights could be considered.

I found the plan here.

I have stack of other floor plans over here you might like to look through.
