I have been busy designing a website for this very cool new App – Planit2D – and I have got to share this with you!

My friend’s – Pete and Kristie – love the real estate industry and have built and renovated houses like pro’s! Then they had an idea to create an App that allows you to produce house plans like a pro. No more pencils, scissors and sticky tape (well that’s how I used to draw up my plans haha!)…

Now it’s all about using an App! Say you’re sitting on the couch at night and wanted to design your new home, or see how that extension looked, well you NEED to download Planit2D.

Here is what the website says:

If you can imagine it, chances are, you can create it with Planit2D….

House Design has always been a complex task reserved for Architects or Designers.
Planit2d will change the way you think. It is simply the fastest most user friendly, 2D Floorplan creator available on the App Store aimed at anyone and everyone with an idea in their mind, or a scratching on paper. You can produce accurate spaces to suit industry sized furniture quickly and easily. The ability to export images with internal and external areas and share them as you wish. The biggest thing is probably the way it allows you to modify on the go without having to pull the design apart…

Planit2D have kindly given me 3 free codes, so this means that 3 of you will win the App at no charge. All you have to do is answer a question {this is based on skill}…

Which room in your house is most important and why?

OR even better, don’t wait to see if you’ve won, just go to the App store and buy it because it’s as cheap as chips at $4.49.

Also jump on Planit2D’s website to watch the video tutorials. The site gives you everything you need to know about how to use the App – it’s very easy!

GOOD LUCK!

My kitchen is the most important room for me. I am ALWAYS in it and I haven’t quite finished it so I would love the new app to work out if I can do a few things

I would say the kitchen would have to be the hub of the home – we are just about to start planning the dream home in a few weeks for our new block so this app would be a amazing start!

Our small playroom off the main living room is the most important room – plenty of space of big train track creations, a corner for mummy’s sewing, right next to the ‘heart of the home’ so it’s easily supervised, and most importantly? Doors to shut out the mess 😉

The main bedroom! It is the most intimate and personal space of the house – totally reserved for the masters. It is one of the few rooms in the house that you can show off your design style and express your personality without being criticised by the outside world. My bedroom is an ever-changing canvas, the place that receives the most makeovers before I spread my new found loved style to the rest of the home.

I was late dropping the kids to school this morning because after reading your post I downloaded the app and got carried away designing my kitchen! I also reckon this will be perfect for my interior studies I’m doing at the moment. Thanks for the recommendation! 🙂 xx

My kitchen is the most important as its the hub of my house, it is part of our open plan living so you can cook whilst helping with homework, watching kids play outside, go between it and the office, kids sit on bench and help me cook and I love spending time in it myself baking whenever time permits.

My bathroom is the most important room in our house at the moment. With five members of our family and two being teenagers it is chaos. We need to work out away to add a shower into our laundry area. It’s a challenge, but I am up for it.

Ooooh, without a doubt my ensuite, now here is a space just for me, it’s my day spa, it’s my make up room, but mostly it’s my space to take time out from the rush and stress of everyday life! What a great app!
