I have this burning desire to move things around in my home when the seasons change. I might start with my entry area. It’s the first spot people see when entering my home, so I went searching for some ideas. You might like some of these too!

The big mirror never fails, with a simple console table which is high enough to put a stool or basket underneath.

I would love to get my hands on this massive round mirror – amazing!

If you had a really light and bright entry you could make a small vertical garden like the one above.

A chunky timber mirror and small bench seat fills this space perfectly.

I like this console table. It’s not overwhelming with its slender legs. A great floor rug looks good too if you have the space.

If you have an entry which opens straight on to a wall then this would look nice with a gallery of photos and a simple table.

A gallery wall with similar images and a small bench looks very stylish and easy to achieve yourself.

A coat rack is popular – a place to hang your jackets or hats and looks nice with a bench seat which is functional for you to sit on and put your shoes on.

The Jimmy Stand is a popular entrance feature for small spaces and is very on trend.

A dramatic section of wallpaper is also a cool option if you don’t have room for a table or bench.

I love that hall stand too. If you find out where to get one can you post it. Also love the plant stands too.

Mirrors and gallery walls are super pretty! Also mirrors give the illusion of bigger space..

It was good timing to read this. My entry has been the same for a fair few seasons now. The only changes it sees are different decor on the console table. I love the big mirrors and plants. Food for thought 🙂

Do you still have your wallpapered wall Katrina? Have you tired of it yet?
My entry is long and narrow. I have a simple thin meat safe with wooden clogs on it and a simple wreath I made hanging above it.
Early Settler have beautiful large mirrors on a great sale ATM.
I’ve been eyeing off a natural oak one. I already have a large custom made mirror in my dining. I’m worried that because my home is small, would it be an over kill if mirrors even if there is distance and walls between them?

I move stuff around a LOT. I get bored quickly and easily. I spend a LOT of time at home these days (being an online university student) has meant that over the past 2 years I have seen a lot of indoors (I moved closer to the beach recently and I aiming to change that, have been successful over the past 9 weeks at getting out more). But, from this comes the desire to constantly ‘renew and refresh’ my space.

I love the console tables where do you get the ones like the photos. I love mirrors in the house. My grandson who is 22 is staying in the spare rooms says all the mirrors in that room freak him out. I brought a large round mirror for my entrance on special for $99 from 1825 about two months ago just love it.
